Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Coastal & Co. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. General

Management reserves the right to amend prices (excluding confirmed bookings), site/cabin availability, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

Bookings can be made up to 50 weeks in advance.

While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific site/cabin requests cannot be guaranteed and may be changed by management prior to arrival.

Occupancy is granted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all site rules. Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy for any breach.

Coastal & Co reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any booking at its discretion, including refusal of entry to the property.

Guests have no ownership rights over reserved cabins or sites and may not resell, sublet, or transfer bookings.

Requests for special consideration outside of the cancellation policy (e.g., medical exceptions) may require documentary evidence (such as a medical certificate).

Alcohol: BYO is permitted at your site/cabin; RSA and licensing apply for events/whole-site hires.

Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted in the shared areas of the C&C site.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated area/s. Located near the outdoor kitchen.

2. Reservations & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Maximum stay: 30 consecutive nights.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM

Early check-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

For arrivals after reception hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM), please notify us on the morning of your arrival to arrange after-hours check-in.

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late check-outs may be available at $20 per hour until 1:00 PM, after which a full night’s rate will apply.

4. Guarantee & Identification

A valid credit card (in the booking holder’s name) is required at the time of booking and must be presented alongside government-issued photo ID upon check-in.

The booking must be under the same name as the guest checking in. Failure to provide valid ID and credit card may result in refusal of entry.

Guests must be 18 years or older to stay unaccompanied. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and provide valid identification.

5. Occupancy & Conduct

No Party Policy: Coastal & Co has a strict no-party policy. If a party is detected, all guests (including the booking holder) will be required to vacate immediately without refund.

No Pets Policy: Due to the property layout, pets are not permitted.

All guests must follow site rules, signage, and any reasonable directions given by staff.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Standard Bookings: Cancellations or changes are permitted up until 7 days prior to arrival. Within 7 days, a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s stay applies. No-shows will be charged for 1 night’s accommodation.

Non-Refundable Rates: No cancellations, changes, or refunds. Full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or no-show.

Long Stay (7–30 Nights): Cancellations permitted up until 7 days prior to arrival. Within this window, a 2-night cancellation fee applies. No-shows will incur a 2-night charge.

Group & Event Bookings: Subject to the terms outlined in the specific booking contract.

Coastal & Co reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations found to be fraudulent, inappropriate, or in error.

Antisocial Behaviour will not be tolerated. C&C management may exercise eviction or immediate cancellation of booking/s if required.

7. Child Policy

Age categories:

  • Infant: 0–3 years
  • Child: 4–17 years
  • Adult: 18+ years

Children under 9 years old are not permitted to sleep in top bunk beds. Maximum bunk bed weight limit: 75kg.

Sofa beds/rollaway beds are available at an additional charge.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) nominated by the authorised booking holder at all times. Bookings cannot be made or occupied by minors alone.

8. Fees & Charges

A 1.5% non-refundable service fee applies to all card payments processed onsite.

Guests authorise Coastal & Co to charge the nominated credit card for:

  • Any unpaid accommodation or site fees
  • Damages to cabins or property
  • Loss or non-return of hire equipment, keys, or property items

Additional charges may apply for extra guests or services.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Coastal & Co accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of income, profit, or opportunity).
  • Liability is limited to re-supplying services or covering the cost of equivalent services in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

By making a booking, you consent to Coastal & Co collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The entity collecting your details will be noted on your registration card at check-in.

11. Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, lost property, medical expenses, and accidental damage.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and guests agree to submit to this jurisdiction.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain enforceable. Failure by Coastal & Co to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
