Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms featuring one queen bed and one double & bunk set, along with a bunk room that sleeps up to six. The shared ensuite and internal laundry make longer stays easy and practical.
The full kitchenette includes an electric frypan, microwave, air fryer, and fridge, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals and enjoy them together at your own pace. The open-plan living area brings everyone together after long days in the sun, while the separated rooms allow space for downtime when you need it.
With simple comforts, room to move, and privacy from the main cabin area, The Koinonia House is a relaxed base for surf trips, family holidays, and group getaways in Evans Head.
