How do I book?

Book cabins online anytime. For weddings, retreats, and full-site hire, submit an enquiry and we’ll come back with details and next steps to help bring your event to life.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We offer standard and flexible options depending on the rate you choose. Full details appear at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Is there a minimum stay?

Most stays are 2 nights minimum, with longer minimums over peak periods and for exclusive, full-site bookings.

Do you take group bookings?

Yes, absolutely! We’re designed for crews. You can reserve a cluster of cabins or book the whole property for up to ~100 guests.

Arrival & Check-In

What are check-in/check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 10am. Early check-in/late check-out may be available don’t hesitate to ask. We will try our best to help make your stay as easy breezy as possible.

How do I check in?

You’ll receive arrival details and access info before your stay. For group or event bookings, we’ll coordinate a quick run-through on arrival.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is on site and close to cabins, with additional space for group bookings where possible.

Accommodation & Amenities

What’s included in the cabins?

Cozy, coastal spaces with the practical bits that make holidays easy. All fitted with kitchenettes, comfy bedding, and access to laundry facilities.

Do you provide linen and towels?

Bed linen and bath towels are provided for cabin stays. Bring beach towels for swims.

Is there Wi-Fi?

We don’t have on site Wi-Fi. While signal is generally great for your phones, we encourage you to log off and explore the beauty of Evans.

Do you have kitchens or BBQs?

Most cabins have kitchenettes. We also have a large outdoor cooking area with a stove, oven, BBQs and prep area available. details in your pre-arrival email.

Are there accessible cabins?

Some cabins are single-level with minimal steps. Tell us your accessibility needs and we’ll match you to the best option.

Do you allow pets?

We’re currently a no-pets property, with the exception of certified assistance animals.

Location & Getting Here

Where are you?

We’re tucked between the beach, river and coastal bushland in Evans Head, Northern NSW – close to town, closer to nature.

How far is the beach?

We are 50m from Airforce Beach. It is a relaxed stroll from our site, and the 4WD entrance is on the same street. There is a perfect spot for your morning coffee or a sunset picture. When you’re walking back, look for the bird perch to know your way.

Is there public transport nearby?

Regional transport options serve the area; most guests self-drive.

Groups, Weddings & Events

How many guests can you host?

Up to ~100 guests across cabins for stays and celebrations. Ask us about layouts and bed configurations for your group.

Can we book the whole place?

Yes. Our full-site “lock-in” gives you exclusive use of the property for a private, multi-day celebration.

Do you host weddings?

Absolutely. Ceremony under open skies, photos by the river or beach, and a relaxed reception that feels like you. Enquire for packages and preferred suppliers.

Do you provide planning or coordination?

Choose DIY venue hire or let us help with the moving parts – run-sheets, local partners, and on-the-day coordination.

Quiet Hours, Fires & Safety

What are quiet hours?

To keep nights easy for everyone, quiet hours typically run 10pm–7am.

Are campfires allowed?

Only in designated areas and only when local fire conditions permit. We’ll advise on arrival.

Is smoking allowed?

All cabins are smoke-free. Use designated outdoor areas and dispose responsibly.

Do you allow schoolies or party-only bookings?

We’re a family and community focused property. Schoolies and party-only bookings aren’t the right fit. Hens or bucks celebrations can be considered with an event plan – just ask us.
