Coastal & Co exists to bring people together for life’s most meaningful moments, where time slows down and the smallest moments become the most meaningful.
This place has always been about people. For years it was a beloved school campsite filled with summer sun, ocean swims and friendships made under the banksia trees. In 2022, when Northern NSW was hit by devastating floods, the site became temporary housing for neighbours in need.
Reimagined as Coastal & Co, we’ve kept the heart and added the comforts so you can holiday simply or host something special, close to nature and closer to your people.
Tucked between the beach, river and coastal bushland in Evans Head, Coastal & Co is easy to reach yet blissfully unhurried. The kind of place where the salt air slows you down and sunsets turn into story time.
Cabins are scattered among the trees with open grounds for picnics, barefoot games and long-table dinners. Shared amenities are centrally located for quick, easy access from all cabins, keeping mornings simple and evenings smooth. You’ll find practical comforts close by – kitchenettes, laundry access, and parking near your door. We have everything you need to make sure the holiday rhythm feels light from the start.
From here, wander across the road to Airforce Beach, explore bush tracks at dawn, or stroll into town for a meal. Getting here is easy. Evans Head is a simple coastal turn-off from the Pacific Motorway, with Ballina Byron and Gold Coast airports nearby if you’re flying in.
